Yoga is the union of mind and body.Yoga is essential to quieten the mind and delve within. With a constant practice, yoga will surely help you maintain balance of the two.
And from my own practice all that i can say is yoga is for everyone and is done in your own way. Yoga is being yourself and allowing yourself to see the changes from within.
Remember, yoga is not a race. The more sincere you are, the more your body will thank you!
